Application Process
The following steps should be followed by students for studying abroad:
Peer Advisor Meetings
There is a face-to-face meeting between the student and a representative of the University. The information discussed and materials given correspond to the student’s major region of interest, and other academic or financial considerations. There are also some additional follow-up appointments, like the advising process which the student chooses and ultimately applies for a program.
Post-Orientation
The student should start the program equivalency evaluation process, apply to their host university, and complete the Visa application process. If the student has not previously applied for a passport, they are expected to apply. However, the Visa application process is different for each country and can take up to 90 days to receive. Usually, the individual submits his or her identification with the application, so the student must project respectively.
Orientation
The orientation sessions are organized in the month of April or September, according to the terms. These sessions covers the information on academic credits and the program equivalency evaluation process, investments, security, social adjustment and student panels.
Application and Acceptance
The applications are available to students on the website or they can get through the consultants. Students have to submit the application and all the necessary documents to the consultant and university by speed post or online.
Exchange
Students are required to present verification of enrollment within the first 5 days of classes. They are obligated to inform the University about any modifications in their schedule.
Re-entrance
It is the responsibility of the student to assure the arrival. Students are advised that financial aid and scholarships usually require documented grades before an outlay for the succeeding semester.
